Pam Fraser Solomon Chair Expand Pam Fraser Solomon, BA, DTLLS, MA, D.Litt. (Hon.) is an award-winning producer and director with a career spanning film, television, theatre, and audio drama. A former Senior Producer for BBC Drama, she has directed over a hundred hours of audio drama to date. Her television credits include producing flagship dramas EastEnders and Holby City, as well as serving as the Development Producer for the BBC short film One Night in White Satin. As a documentary producer, Pam executive produced the award-winning Moira Stuart: In Search of Wilberforce (BBC2). Her versatility also extends to film, where she served as a script editor for the acclaimed autobiographical feature Farming. Born in Guyana, Pam trained at Mountview before building a prolific career in fringe and repertory theatre, working with prestigious venues such as the Sheffield Crucible and Theatre Royal Stratford East. In 2018, she returned to Mountview as the Head of the MA in Creative Producing. An active academic contributor, Pam holds an MA from Middlesex University and an honorary doctorate from Mountview. Her research and conference papers have been accepted by institutions including the University of London School of Advanced Study and Les Amis de la Maison Baldwin. Pam is currently a freelance Development Producer across film, theatre, and audio. Recent highlights include Story Development: Getting Better: The Fight for the NHS - a 10-part series for Audible. Lead Director: The Wandsworth Way, an innovative, co-created radio drama series produced by Theatre503 and Riverside Radio. Anette Ollerearnshaw Deputy Chair Expand Anette Ollerearnshaw has gained her expertise of planning, production and delivery through working at the forefront of world-leading arts organisations and higher education providers. She works in key roles providing structure and leadership in support of the strategic vision, efficiency and innovation to enhance organisational performance coupled with continual improvement. Following a long career in Wigs, Hair & Make-up (WHAM) in live performance, she is still often sought as an industry consultant to form teams and lead creative production processes as well as sharing industry knowledge, skills teaching and nurturing the next generation of talent about topics such as sustainability and equality, diversity & inclusion. She enjoys working collaboratively, developing dynamic teams and ensuring that we make space to enrich each other within this; one of her guiding principles is strength through diversity. Anette is author of the WHAM sustainability principles and guidance for the Theatre Green Book and is the founder of the Association of British Theatre Technicians’ (ABTT) WHAM community, where she also volunteers as a Trustee Director. In 2024 she founded the pioneering ABTT WHAM Design awards, for which she acts as Executive Producer and which are now being presented annually at the Theatre Show in Alexandra Palace London. She regularly writes articles for the quarterly industry ABTT ‘Sightline’magazine, and titles have included ‘The Politics of Innovation in Performance Technologies’ and ‘Sustainability in Wigs, Hair & Make-up for Performance’ and ‘Training & Education in the performing Arts: Hold to Run- at the Intersection of Machine & Performance’. Since 2022, Anette has also shared her wide-ranging expertise by volunteering at Theatre Deli as Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is also part of artist residencies selection panels and mentors to the annually selected Trainee Trustee. Drawing on her leadership in estates, technical and operations management, Anette brings specialist knowledge in strategic facilities oversight, risk management, and sustainable infrastructure planning for cultural organisations. She sits on both the Properties and Governance Subcommittees, where she contributes to the ongoing development of Theatre Deli’s estate strategy—ensuring that spaces are safe, accessible, and operationally robust in support of the organisation’s creative mission.
Kelly Bradley Expand Kelly is an independent theatre producer, creative and performer. She is passionate about storytelling and developing artists. Between 2012-2017, Kelly was the co-director of Red Table Theatre that pioneered The Open Book Theatre Management Investment and financial model for emerging theatre companies and artists. As an independent producer she has worked on subsidised and commercial projects with the likes of Fuel Theatre and curious directive and has supported the work of such diverse artists as Inua Ellams, Rhyannon Styles, Melanie Wilson and The Belarus Free Theatre Company. Kelly has also worked with Frantic Assembly and Perfect Pitch on co-commissions alongside Made With Many, as well as working with the Coventry City of Culture Trust. She has also produced her own independent productions, including Angel Cake (CPT 2013) and Sex, Lyres and AudioTape (Edinburgh 2012). She has also been a talent booker/agent for Comic-Cons and fan events both in the UK and internationally.
Emily Carewe Expand Emily is currently Executive Director at Theatre503 and Founder/Director of the LAMDA MishMash Festival, which commissions and platforms self-created work of emerging artists. Prior to Theatre503, Emily was Executive Director at Fio, and Creative Executive Producer at 45North. With an emphasis on artist development and underrepresented voices, Emily is passionate about new writing, and how we best empower the next generation of artists.
Jo Crowley Expand Jo is an Independent Theatre Producer specialising in collaborative and international performance and artist development. She spent 25 years leading performance companies as an Executive Producer and Executive Director - working with companies including 1927, Ridiculusmus and Kazuko Hohki to build dynamic and resilient business models and producing productions, tours and projects in over 50 countries across 6 continents. She has also led Artist Development programmes focussed on building visibility and cultivating opportunities for form pushing artists. Jo is Co-Director of the Total Theatre Network and Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Another Route International Fellowship Programme.
Wendy Dempsey Expand Wendy has worked in arts management for over 20 years, beginning her career at various commercial theatres including the Empire Theatre, Liverpool and the Lyceum Theatre, London. Wendy managed the Dublin Fringe Festival from 2006-2012. Following a return to London and working as General Manager at Ovalhouse and Theatre Royal Stratford East, she spent 6 years as Director of Finance & Operations for Create, the UK's leading charity empowering lives through the creative arts, and is currently Director of Finance & Resources for the Lyric Hammersmith.
Paige Evans Expand Paige is a Theatre Producer & Arts Consultant with 5+ years working in London based theatre & culture organisations, with a focus on artist development schemes, cultural policy and small-mid scale subsidised theatres. Paige is currently Culture Officer at London Borough of Merton, where she is producing the borough’s Cultural Impact Award - delivering a 3-year programme of cultural activities to cultivate civic pride and arts engagement, including a grass-roots grant scheme and a large-scale culture festival in Summer 2026. Prior to this, Paige was Gate Theatre’s General Manager and Gateways Programme Producer, delivering high quality international work through managing their operations and developing their artist development schemes. Paige also worked on New Diorama Broadgate’s pioneering free rehearsal space scheme, allocating over 110,000 hours of free space to artists, and was OSO Arts Centre’s Programming, Production and Marketing Manager, focusing on outdoor and indoor community theatre, comedy and music.
David Hinds Expand David Hinds ACMA is a Senior Finance Manager who has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, providing financial support and strategy implementation of building project management in London & the Southeast. David has a keen interest in theatre along with a member of his family who is a young director active in the industry and led him to Theatre Deli. David is now a member of the Finance and Property subcommittees.
Imran Hussain Expand Imran Hussain is a Fractional CFO and NED, who has a passion for the creative arts. He has worked in start-ups and SMEs since 2001 at all levels of the finance department. Imran has been involved with the creative arts since 2020. He is a qualified accountant and is active in the accountancy community. Imran bring with him a wealth of finance and business experience gained in dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environments, whilst at the same time making an impact at the operational and strategic level. He started his journey with Theatre Deli, by visiting as consumer of some of the events at the Leadenhall location. Imran quickly fell in love with the Theatre Deli concept and applied to become a trustee. He has been part of the board since August 2025.
Clive Laing Expand Clive has retired after 40 years working in the City as an investment manager. His keen personal and family interest in theatre led him to Theatre Deli where he is now a member of the Finance subcommittee.
Julia Mućko Expand Julia Mućko is a theatre producer and arts fundraiser, currently working as Head of Philanthropy at the Donmar Warehouse. She is a co-founder of Snapper Theatre, and has previously worked at Mountview, Jermyn Street Theatre, ice&fire and Imagineer Productions. Passionate about supporting the next generation of artists and arts leaders, Julia regularly mentors emerging producers and she was previously Director of Professional Development at Young Arts Fundraisers. Originally from Poland, Julia now lives in London. She has an MA in Creative Producing from Mountview and also studied BA (Hons) Theatre and Professional Practice at Coventry University.
Kate Roche Expand Kate Roche is Press and Public Affairs Manager for the Society of London Theatre & UK Theatre. She is responsible for designing and implementing press and public affairs strategies to promote the work and policy priorities of SOLT & UK Theatre and for representing, championing and supporting the UK theatre sector. She previously spent six years as Public Affairs Advisor at the Advertising Standards Authority building and maintaining relationships with key political stakeholders and providing political intelligence and analysis to senior colleagues. Kate is also an emerging playwright and one of the 2024/25 cohort of the London Library Emerging Writers Programme. She won Second Place in the Alpine Fellowship Theatre Prize 2023 for The Yo-yo Path to the Yo-yo Pool. She has had two short plays staged at the Tower Theatre in Stoke Newington.
Athena Stevens Expand Athena is a writer, performer director and social activist. She is the Artistic Director of Aegis Productions Ltd, writer on attachment at the Finborough Theatre and Creative Council member and Associate Artist at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. In 2016 Athena’s play, SCHISM, opened at the Finborough Theatre, transferring to the Park Theatre in 2018. Athena was nominated for an Off West End Award Best Female Performance and for an Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre. In 2020 her play SCROUNGER opened at the Finborough Theatre, garnering Athena Off West End Award nominations for Lead Performance In A Play and New Play. Athena's work for Shakespeare's Globe includes DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL (writer, actor), NOTES TO THE FORGOTTEN SHE WOLVES (curator, director, writer, actor). Other work includes the feature documentary DAY OF SMALL THINGS (Channel 4) and three web series (YouTube). Athena is a contributor to The Stage, The Guardian and iNews. She is a TEDx speaker and a founding member of the Women’s Equality Party. Athena is a Trustee for the Young Women's Trust, a Patron for Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation, founder of the Primadonna Literary Festival and a National Freelance Task Force member. Born in Chicago, she now lives in London. Athena was born with athetoid cerebral palsy.
Annabel Williamson Expand Annabel is a solicitor in a dispute resolution practice in a large City firm and balances her legal career with working in theatre, currently as International Producer for Sismo Stories, a Dutch based company. She was previously General Manager at Theatro Technis and has previously worked at the Gate Theatre and Paines Plough. Annabel founded W14 Productions, which focuses on plays with a strong social conscious that give voice to those who are often underrepresented.
Alessandra Zavagno Trainee Trustee Expand Alessandra (she/her) is a Creative Producer from Italy and Vietnam. She is currently Outreach & Partnerships Producer for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, where she develops and runs creative programmes for children, young people, and adults in West London. Alessandra is also the Co-Chair of the LTC’s Creative Learning Team and a member of the Drama and Theatre Education Alliance.

Thomas Wilson Deli Associate Expand Thomas Wilson BA MA PGCE (QTS) FHEA is an arts educator, trainer and academic (having taught at all levels of education during his 20-year career, alongside working as a performer and dance/theatre-maker). He is Co-Programme Director of the unique BA (Hons) European Theatre Arts training programme at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. In this role he oversees the training of the next generation of practitioners, performers and theatre-makers, particularly for collaborative and innovative practices. As Erasmus-lead for the College he is particularly interested in projects and work that crosses borders: geographically, artistically, and culturally. Thomas has a long-standing interest in governance and its role in empowering organisations and individuals to achieve their aims. He has been a Trustee of Theatre Deli since 2013, becoming Chair in 2016, Co-Chair in 2020 and finally stepping down from the Board in 2021 but continuing to support the Governance subcommittee. He sees this role as an extension of his practice as an arts educator, supporting work that develops others and has a tangible impact on wider communities.
