Pam Fraser Solomon Pam Fraser Solomon, BA, DTLLS, MA, D.Litt. (Hon.) is an award-winning producer and director with a career spanning film, television, theatre, and audio drama. A former Senior Producer for BBC Drama, she has directed over a hundred hours of audio drama to date. Her television credits include producing flagship dramas EastEnders and Holby City, as well as serving as the Development Producer for the BBC short film One Night in White Satin. As a documentary producer, Pam executive produced the award-winning Moira Stuart: In Search of Wilberforce (BBC2). Her versatility also extends to film, where she served as a script editor for the acclaimed autobiographical feature Farming. Born in Guyana, Pam trained at Mountview before building a prolific career in fringe and repertory theatre, working with prestigious venues such as the Sheffield Crucible and Theatre Royal Stratford East. In 2018, she returned to Mountview as the Head of the MA in Creative Producing. An active academic contributor, Pam holds an MA from Middlesex University and an honorary doctorate from Mountview. Her research and conference papers have been accepted by institutions including the University of London School of Advanced Study and Les Amis de la Maison Baldwin. Pam is currently a freelance Development Producer across film, theatre, and audio. Recent highlights include Story Development: Getting Better: The Fight for the NHS - a 10-part series for Audible. Lead Director: The Wandsworth Way, an innovative, co-created radio drama series produced by Theatre503 and Riverside Radio. Strategic Consulting: Member of the steering team for Enfield of Dreams, a major cultural investment in the London Borough of Enfield. Pam also sits on the board of trustees for RTYDS.
